Terms and Conditions
§1 Subject matter:
These General Conditions, (hereinafter referred to as GC), apply to all services and operations generated by subscription and/or use of the on-line shop of Monn SA, legal Head Office in Bellinzona, hereinafter called the “host”. By his subscription, the user accepts these terms and conditions as binding.
§2 Privacy:
The execution of orders is done in complete anonymity, the data that is collected can be used for statistical purposes maintaining nevertheless and always the same terms and conditions. The collected data cannot be used or disclosed without the authorization of the user.
§3 Language:
The CG may be translated into different languages but the version that is applicable in any case of dispute is that in the Italian language.
§4 Prices and price modifications:
The prices at which the articles offered for sale through the Online shop that appear in the relevant section of the home page www.monn.com are to be considered binding; the prices are indicated in Swiss Francs and include VAT (Value added Tax). In the case that prices need to be modified, the host pledges to notify this change as soon as possible; however, the indicated price is binding until any effective modification of the price.
§5 Payments:
The host pledges to entrust the online payment transactions to «Telekurs» a Swiss leader in electronic payments; the conditions to be referred to are those that govern the relationship between the different credit/debit card issuers and the holders of these cards.
§6 Coupons or vouchers:
It is not possible to use any coupons or vouchers given as presents by the host for making online purchases, however these can always be used in any Monn store, without a expiry date. Check the «store locator» on the home page for this.
§7 Registration:
Registration to the Online Shop is free and there is no obligation to buy. The user is expected to provide true and correct details to avoid any mailing or administrative handling problems. In the case of a registration based on false data, the host reserves the right not to proceed with the sale.
§8 Order confirmation and order cancellation:
The sale contract is deemed to be concluded after receiving the related order confirmation by the host within and not more than 2 working days after the placement of the order. Within this, same time period, the host reserves the right to cancel the order without necessarily having to indicate the reasons for the cancellation.
§9 Exchanges and returns:
Items purchased through the Online Shop can be exchanged or returned by post or forwarding agent within 7 days of purchase complete with original packaging and unsoiled. The amount paid by the user will be credited to his user «account». No refund whatsoever is given for the mailing costs.
§10 Complaints and defective items
Any complaints or defects related to items purchased online will be examined by the host individually to confirm and verify the basis of the claim. This process may take 3 to 5 working days before completion.
The user will be contacted within this time period for a solution to the claim. The host guarantees the maximum thoroughness in this delicate process.
§11 Mailing charges:
The user is charged a flat rate of seven CHF for mailing charges, which will be automatically added to the cost of any online purchases.
§12 Delivery times:
The host does not assume any responsibility for delays that may occur in the delivery of any online purchases. Orders will be handled and mailed by the head mailing office within 2 working days after the confirmation of the order.
§13 Orders awaiting confirmation:
After the conclusion of the sale contract, the host make a commitment to provide different terms of delivery for any items that are temporarily «out of stock».
The user has the right to cancel the order and is not obliged in any way to accept the delivery of the items that are outside of the terms indicated at point §12.
§14 Modification of the GC:
The host reserves the possibility to modify the GC without any given notice. These will be published in substitution or completion of the existing GC and applied up to that moment.

Exchanges and returns:
Items purchased through the Online Shop can be exchanged or returned by post or forwarding agent within 7 days of purchase complete with original packaging and unsoiled. The amount paid by the user will be credited to his user «account». No refund whatsoever is given for the mailing costs.
