Exchanges and returns:
Items purchased through the Online Shop can be exchanged or returned by post or forwarding agent within 7 days of purchase complete with original packaging and unsoiled. The amount paid by the user will be credited to his user «account». No refund whatsoever is given for the mailing costs.

 

Complaints and defective items
Any complaints or defects related to items purchased online will be examined by the host individually to confirm and verify the basis of the claim. This process may take 3 to 5 working days before completion.

The user will be contacted within this time period for a solution to the claim. The host guarantees the maximum thoroughness in this delicate process.
